We are looking for someone to take over our lease starting Jan 1st The least lasts until August 1st, you can renew it from there or negotiate it with the landlords.Apartment is fully equipped. This is a second floor unit in a nice quiet apartment building. It?s mostly young professionals here and we never heard a party once. It has recently been remodeled and it?s in great condition. It has a large master bedroom with double-wide glass doors and lots of windows. It also has a MASSIVE walk-in closet. The living room is also rather large. The apartment also has a smaller side room that we use as an office currently (it has a built in desk with drawers). There?s a large bathroom as well with a really great tub. It has a HUGE eat-in kitchen with granite tops, large fridge and gas stoves. There?s a ton of cabinet space and all the appliances were brought in new this summer.Laundry and bike locking station is in basement. Landlords are very responsive and neighbors are awesome. The house is minutes away from the BART and is right in the Gourmet Ghetto area with plenty of restaurants. There?s three supermarkets (safeway, andronicos, trader joes) and lots of bus lines near by. You?re right in the hub of downtown, there?s a ton to do. It takes me about 30 minutes to get to downtown SF. Rent is 2295. To move in you will need first months rent and security deposit (2450). There is an application procedure with the owners (they run a quick credit check) and it costs 35. Email or text to schedule a viewing, we?re looking to do this ASAP. PS Also as an added bonus, if you wish it, we can leave behind some furniture including our bed, book shelves, our kitchen appliances (near new microwave, toaster, pots/pans/etc). If you don?t want it, no big deal we were planning on selling/trashing everything anyway. Apartment will be cleaned from top to bottom before you arrive. We can also leave behind shelving, a futon bed(maybe), a full bed with stand, and kitchen table if you wish it.
